Pune, Maharashtra

Lavasa is India's first free hill city. It is set amidst seven hills and a 60 km lakefront in the Western Ghats. This city is environmentally sensitive and promotes sustainability, conservation and restoration. Our project here involved a tree survey, and identification of ecologically valuable areas. Our work highlighted the importance of flora and biodiversity-related activities, leading to planning and execution of conservation, preservation and enhancement initiatives.

2. TATA Communication Eng.jpg

TATA Consulting Engineers Ltd.

Pune, Maharashtra

Under this project, we designed a rooftop rainwater harvesting system for the office building of the company. Our work included conducting a hydrogeological survey on basis of which rainwater harvesting (RWH) calculations and relevant project designs were created. The plan included a wholesome and practical design for recharge pits with borewells and a storage tank to store and recharge the rooftop rainwater on the premises.

3. SECO Tools.jpg

SECO Tools

Pune, Maharashtra

The project at this company's premises involved designing a rooftop rainwater harvesting system for their industrial building. We incorporated a hydrogeological survey to facilitate this. On the basis of the survey, rainwater harvesting calculations and design were done, The plan included a complete and practical design for recharge pits with borewells and dug wells that aided the storage and recharge of rooftop rain water on the premises.

4. JSW Steel.jpg

JSW Steel (Jindal South West)

Jaigad, Maharashtra

This project required a proposal for water conservation activity at the village level. Our work included a catchment area treatment (CAT) plan to understand the watershed area and drainage pattern. Based on the survey, a plan was proposed with spring development, water supply scheme, and a watershed structure estimate, supported by drawings and design.

5. Indospace.jpg

IndoSpace

Pune, Maharashtra

IndoSpace has become one of the largest developers and managers of industrial and logistics real estate in India. Our work with the company included designing a rechargeable storage structure. The water storage capacity was calculated for the recharge check dam. This was done considering the industrial warehouse roof, nalla and the surrounding  area.

6. Padmanabh Golden Valley.jpg

Padmanabh Golden Valley

Pune, Maharashtra

In order to facilitate the required environmental clearance for the real estate project, we conducted a rainwater harvesting study and design as per guidelines. Our work also included a hydrogeological survey. Rainwater harvesting calculation, and designs such as a recharge pit with borewell location, layout and UGWT capacity along with estimates, were proposed.

7. Studio Arcon.jpg

Studio Arcon

Pune, Maharashtra

The project for the architecture firm involved doing a hydrogeological study for checking water percolation from the surrounding area. Our work included a hydrogeological survey for the ground water table, in order to analyse lithology of the study area.

8. Andreas STIHL.jpg

Andreas Stihl Pvt. Ltd.

Chakan, Maharashtra

Conducting a hydrogeological survey of the industrial area comprised this project. Our work was to study the uplift pressure of the area and conduct an aquifer performance test to understand the behaviour of the ground water along with its impact on the land as well as the proposed construction.

9. Sanghvi Arch.jpg

Ar. Pankaj Sanghavi
